VLADIVOSTOK. May 2. VOSTOK MEDIA - A center of contagion of chemical pesticides dangerous for human life and health is found out in Lazovsky district of Primorsky Krai. The Primorsky Krai Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service is searching for an owner of this pesticide storehouse.
The assistant director of press relations board of Primorsky Krai Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service Vitaliy Salenko reports that during plants preservation, seedage and fertilizer science measures Monitoring Service’s specialists found out a deserted storehouse with prohibited in Russia pesticides near Sokolchi village.
The storehouse is in emergency state. The chemical pesticide weighing 15 tons is kept unpacked. This poisonous mass is periodically washed out by atmospheric precipitates and then this substance flows into stream which passes through Sokolchi village and flows into the Chernaya river. The stable smell of chemical agents is felt near the storehouse.
