The Lawyers of Primorskiy Krai are Going to Give the Legal Opinion as to the Events on December, 21

VLADIVOSTOK. December, 25. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The lawyers of Primorskiy Krai decided to give legal opinion as to the events on the central square of Vladivostok city on December, 21.
At that notorious day citizens and newsmen were beaten by the OMON riot police “Zubr”. The cause of this collision was the negative attitude of the residents of Primorskiy Kray toward raising of car import tax.
“I recon all lawyers regardless of their affiliation to any law-enforcement agency have no right to overlook this event”- stated Anatoliy Borisovich, the Department Chairman of the Criminal Law and Trial Institute of Law (VSUEM). -“There was no such event in the Primorskiy Krai. This incident is in the sphere of Law.”
Anatoliy Borisovich expressed his opinion at the end of the foundation conference, where the decision to establish the regional branch of the “lawyers association” in the Primorskiy Krai was made.
At the conference people agreed that it is difficult to express one’s position straight off, but lawyers should at least give deliberate assessment.
At the end of the conference it was decided to publish their legal opinion concerning the issue right after the assessment of this situation.
