“Baltic countries along with Poland and President of Ukraine are trying to declare their friendly position toward President Saakashvili, though, they do not say a word about thousands of killed people in South Ossetia’, - said Pogrebinskiy. He stated: “I think that now Ukrainian power exists separately from the people. It implements its own program. President’s rating is 5%. Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs rating is probably negative. And these people take decisions”.
“Statements of Ukrainian Ministry of FA that they will not allow Black Sea Fleet of Russia to return to Sevastopol means preparation for war against Russia”, - said the expert.
