Chinese Authorities Encourage Denunciation

VLADIVOSTOK. 4 August. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Police in Beijing announced about a new system of payment for the information about illegal actions threatening the Olympic Games.
For the information about violent acts and planned terrorist attacks, sabotage of Chinese or foreign illegal organizations and sects, incidents which involve killing or hurt of foreign guests at the Olympic Games, authorities will pay 10.000-50.000 yuans (70.000$).
Those who want to help the police can dial "110", send a letter, telegram or fax or just come to the nearest police station.
Police underline that those who give the false information will be call to answer.
As the matter of fact, the Communist Party is concerned about possible protests against inhuman persecution of the Chinese organization “Fulungyun”, extracting of organs from the living people, and persecution of Tibet monks.
Apparently, such protests from Chinese or foreign groups will be severely punished. Though, Chinese authorities want to prevent possible cases as they do not want to spoil the image of democratic communists.
If in Moscow prior to the Olympic Games 1980 potential social peace disturbers which could start manifestation against abusing of their rights were expelled from the city and home arrested than in China authorities decided to pay for every denunciation
