May Primorians Have a Good Health!

VLADIVOSTOK. 24 July. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Since 2009 regions holding success in decreasing of the death rate will gain a supplemental assistance from the Government. As explained by the Minister of Healthcare and Social Development, TatiyanaGolikova, at the Presidium of the Russian Federation Government, finance assistance will be provided in the framework of the Government Guarantee Programm of Free Medical Treatment.
Specialists say that Primorye has all the rights to gain a supplementary financial assistance. For 3 years Primorye managed to increase the health rate of the citizens by means of decreasing the death rate from 16.2 in 2005 to 14.6 per mille in 2007. Among the employable population this rate decreased from 12.5 to 10.4 respectively. Rate of the maternal mortality lowered 2.5 times. Behind these figures are saved lives of Primorians. This year double raised expenditures on the Krai Program of Government Guarantee of Free Medical Treatment for Primorians. 10.3 milliard roubles were directed to carry out a program.
Sanitarian aviation, special medical organizations, expensive high technological operations, and mandatory medical insurance of unemployed population are being financed from the given assistance.
In the framework of the Program medical examination at the military training, levy campaigns, of contract duty personnel and military institute applicants is included.
